There are a few reasons why your slips may get rejected which may be (but aren't limited to):
- The slips may not be from any of our approved retailers.
- The slips may be crumpled, making them difficult to read for our scanner.
- The slip may be scanned outside the acceptable timeframe (7 days) allowed after purchase of the product.
- The picture may not be clear enough.
- The relevant information on the slip may not be visible/clear enough.
- There may be a high volume of slips uploaded at once and we suspect that the slips uploaded are not from your OWN shopping.
- The slips may be duplicates of slips we have already been uploaded.
- The slips may be showing signs of tampering.
- The slips uploaded may have not been a personal purchase (business purchase, organizational/ group purchase).
- The slips may not be valid slips as deemed by SavvySaver.
