- Open the app and navigate to the 'wallet' tab.
- Scroll down to find the completed/rejected slip.
- Click on the 'Query Slip' button.
- Fill in the necessary information and leave the rest to us with a smile!
Please keep in mind that you have a window of 3 days to query your slip. Relax and let us handle the details! Just a friendly reminder, it may take us 24 - 48 business hours to resolve your query.
