Please ensure that if you are using call screening apps such as TruCaller for example, you check your spam folders.
If you are using multiple cell phone numbers (i.e. a WhatsApp number and a phone number) please ensure that the number associated with your SavvySaver account can receive an SMS, and that you have adequate signal.
