Unfortunately, if you can believe it, there are individuals that try to fraudulently obtain points using many different methods. In order to provide the maximum amount of points and savings to our wonderful SavvySavers, we put systems in place to detect fraudulent behavior.
Below, are common reasons for account suspensions:
- Having multiple accounts on one device
- Creating fake accounts to receive referral bonuses
- Submitting fake or altered receipts
- Please refer to the Terms of Service for additional information.
- Our offerings are limited to personal use, meaning the products you claim on must be for your own personal consumption
- Only your personal till slips may be submitted. Meaning you cannot submit countless slips collected from friends and family
